Warranty Terms & Conditions

Cruze ionizer warranty begins on the date of purchase to end customers. All warranties are subject to the terms and conditions, exclusions, and limitations detailed herein. Cruze does not make any warranty or implied warranty as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Cruze does not warranty any filtration media capabilities (for example curing diseases), as all filtration media capabilities will be dependent on source, water chemistry, flow rates, and other environmental circumstances unique to the customer.


The Cruze warranty does not cover damage incurred during transit. Cruze warrants that its products and components will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and directed use.


Warranty Conditions

We are so confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our ionizers that we proudly offer a 3 years cell (chamber placed inside the Ionizers) warranty & 2 years of product warranty for manufacturer defects on all Cruze Ionizers. Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and for ionizers sold by Cruze or authorized dealers & distributors. Never attempt to open or service the machine via a local technician, this will immediately void your warranty. Please thoroughly read the owner's manual to use your ionizer.

All Cruze Ionizers must meet the following input criteria :

1. TDS of input water supply to be between 100-350.


2. Flow of input water to be 0.8 lpm


3. Hardness of input water to be below 100 ppm.


4. Input water to be clean / purified water.



The warranty covers any and/or all defective parts on all 4 to 8 plates models. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways or may deliver it to a local authorized service centre. After the warranty period has passed, the customer will have to pay for labour, freight charges, and replacement parts. The warranty expressly covers all failures due to defects in materials and/or workmanship; which can occur during normal use. This is a "repair or replacement" warranty, Company will always attempt to repair your unit, if repair is not possible Company will supply a replacement unit at its own discretion. Normal wear and tear are not covered under the warranty.


Warranty is void if the casing of the faucet or ionizer has been opened. All Cruze ionizers are factory sealed. Please never attempt to service or shift the machine yourself as this will void your warranty and could cause serious bodily harm.

After the warranty period, the customer is responsible for all technician visiting charges:

1. Warranty is confined to the first purchase of the Cruze product only & is non-transferable.


2. Warranty period to start from the date of installation strictly.


3. All products sold are non-refundable unless the customer is dissatisfied with the product post installation due to any unforeseen circumstances (the same to be solely at the discretion of Cruze), the machine shall be applicable for return. The customer will bare all the costs of transportation and servicing fees of the technician. The money will be refunded within a period of 7 working days post the receipt of the machine.


4.Proof of purchase (i.e. Purchase invoice or purchase receipt) along with corresponding model and/or the serial or pack number of the unit must be presented when requesting service under warranty.


5. Repairs under warranty shall be carried out by an authorized service personnel only.In case of repairs or replacement of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. Replacement of parts would be purely at the discretion of Cruze alone. In case the replacement of the entire unit is being made, (subject to the sole discretion of Cruze), the same model shall be replaced and in the event such model has been discontinued, it shall be replaced with the model equivalent as deemed by Cruze.


6. For units installed beyond municipal limits of the jurisdiction of company’s Authorized Service Center, on-site warranty is not applicable and it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the nearest authorized service center and bring the unit to the authorized service center at its own cost and risk. All expenses incurred in collecting the units or parts thereof from the company’s authorized service center, as well as expenses incurred in deputizing of service personnel/technicians towards conveyance and other incidentals etc. will be borne by the customer. In case the customer requests for on site service in such locations, the same shall be on chargeable basis as instructed by Cruze. Local Charges for transportation and handling charges may vary from location to location. Customers are advised to verify before.


7. The company or its Authorized Service Center reserves the right to retain any part/s or component replaced at its discretion, in the event of a defect being noticed in the equipment during warranty period. Where a warranty is provided the product or part replaced becomes the property of Cruze.


8. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide necessary support to the company if the unit to be installed is not suitable for the installer or the service technician to reach.


9. This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period as specified in the warranty table, even if Cruze product or part may not be in use for any time during the warranty period for any reason.


10. In case of any unpredicted situation and spares not being available due to emergency scenarios, the customer is expected to co-operate and wait the time delays.



Warranty Limitations:

1. Damage or Failure caused by unauthorized modification or alteration or if it is used for other than the intended purpose or caused by improper or reckless use, which shall be determined by the company personnel.


2. Any failure due to voltage / fluctuation beyond specified tolerance will not be covered under warranty.


3. Consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life arising directly or indirectly out of any defect in the Cruze product. The company’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair of defective parts only under the warranty period.


4.Warranty does not cover repair of any external accessories supplied by Cruze irrespective whether the same is manufactured by Cruze or some other manufacturer, installation & configuration of drivers, network & hardware optimizations, cabling or connection..


5. Damage caused by transportation and handling, including scratches, dents, chips, and/or other damage to the finish of your product, unless such damage results from defect in materials or workmanship and is reported within fifteen (15) days of purchase (Call 1800-8892-607).


6. On removal, tampering or alteration of any identification labels on the machine or any of its components including serial / pack number.


7. If the product has not been installed, operated, maintained or used in accordance with the instructions and / or specifications given by the company.


8. The warranty card / form is not completed properly at the time of purchase / installation.


9. Any defects, damage, malfunction or failure resulting from alterations, accident, misuse, abuse (viz , spurious/fake accessories, scratches on screen, forcible attachment into USB port resulting in damage of pins, using liquids or non recommended cleaners on screen or CD- Rom lenses etc.), fire, liquid spillage, miss-adjustment of controls, use on an incorrect voltage, power surges and dips, thunderstorm activity, acts of God, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorized repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, the operation of a computer virus of any kind, exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions, improper installation, repair or maintenance or entry by any insect, vermin or foreign object in the Product. Improper repair includes use of parts not approved or specified by Cruze.


10. Damage or missing items to any display, open box, discounted or refurbished product.


11. Warranty doesn’t cover any compatibility and connectivity issue.


12. If the water is supplied even when the Ionizer has been switched off, the same may cause damage to machine parts. This will not be covered in the warranty.


13. Damage caused due to run units on high TDS, dust particles, dirt elements or high hardness (Salty Water) can block and puncture the electrolysis chamber which can also affect the power supply of machine will not be covered in warranty in any manner.


14. Damage caused by Floods under the sink, or overhead plumbing leaks, which can cause water to enter the machine. Please be sure you have no plumbing leaks before installing the ionizer; we can provide repair at your expense for such an incident.


15. Damage caused by failure to replace filters in a timely manner. The filter not only cleans the water but also protects the ionizer from damage caused by particulates in the water. Filter replacement time should never 10,000 Litres.


16. Damages caused by any misuse or abuse, such as dropping the unit or knocking into the unit with heavy objects. See our optional accidental damage plan for the latter. Damages caused by lightning strikes, power surges, and faulty circuitry in customer’s electrical systems or acts of God. The exterior finish on the machine or faucet, the finish is extremely durable and under normal use will last many years. Do not use harsh detergents or scrubbing type sponges to clean the machine, a damp clean paper towel followed by a dry paper towel will restore a perfect finish to the machine.


17. Damages caused by commercial type usage. Cruze residential water ionizers are built to last however they are designed for residential use. For the purpose of this warranty, the company will consider commercial usage as letting the machine run for more than 30 minutes at a time or for more than 8 hours a day total. (This usage is ok from time to time where special needs arise, but not as a daily routine.) It is important to note, the company does not expect residential use ionizers to fail under mild commercial uses, but cannot honour the warranty for use not intended by the manufacturer.


18. Damages caused by excessive or low water pressure. Be sure to have your water pressure checked before installing.


There are no express warranties except as listed above. The warranty is not responsible for incidental or consequential damage for or damages arising out of the use of any, unauthorized attachment. All express and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period.>



Lexcru Ionizer Service:

1. The Services enables you to arrange and schedule different home-based services with independent third-party service providers of those services (Technician). As a part of the Services, Lexcru facilitates the transfer of payments to Technicians for the services they render to you and collects payments on behalf of such Technicians.


2. The Services are made available under various brands owned by or otherwise licensed to Lexcru Water Tech Private Limited and its affiliates.


3. Customer is expected to be understanding and co-operative in case the technician fails to arrive on time at the desired location due to any unforeseen circumstances, emergencies or any other such logistical difficulties. The Technician will try their level best to deliver their services timely even in such scenarios.


4.The expected time of delivery of the system/s will be 8 -15 working days from the date of purchase, depending upon the geographical location. All monies of freight, delivery and transportation shall be borne by the customer as quoted by Lexcru.


5. The Technicians are highly trained individuals in their field of services and they are expected to finish the entire process of set up, installation, demo, cleaning & presentation of desired output of system to the customers in most efficient manner. However the customer shall allow the technician a minimum period of 90 minutes to do so. It is to be noted that the above timelines are strictly with regards to the Ionizer Machine. Any peculiar cases which involves other machinery setup like RO, Water Purifier, etc. shall take more time as required by the technician for that particular case.


6. All the basic requirements of Input water for Ionizer as stated the in Warranty Policy shall be met. Customers are expected to install all necessary machinery and follow all the necessary instructions as guided by the technician with regards to pre filtration for the protection of the machine.


7. Any additional service or maintenance apart from that pertaining to the ionizer machine, shall be chargeable on additional basis as guided by the Technician.


8. A key part of the Services is Lexcru's ability to send you text messages, electronic mails, or WhatsApp messages, including in connection with your bookings, your utilisation of the Services, or as a part of its promotional and marketing strategies. While you may opt out of receiving these text messages by contacting us at 1800 – 889 – 2607.


9. Lexcru prohibits discrimination against Service Professionals, including on the basis of race, religion, caste, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, sex, marital status, gender identity, age, or any other characteristic that may be protected under applicable law. Such discrimination includes but is not limited to any refusal to accept Services based on any of these characteristics.


10. We request that you treat all Technicians with courtesy and respect, and that you provide them with a safe, clean, and appropriate location to perform the Services. Technicians shall be entitled to refuse to perform Services if you have not provided a safe, clean, and appropriate location for them, or you behave towards them in a manner which is discourteous, disrespectful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to withhold access to the Services and otherwise limit your access to Services at our absolute discretion if you behave towards any Technician in a manner which is discourteous, disrespectful, or abusive, or which we otherwise deem to be inappropriate or unlawful.


11. You agree that you will be liable for discriminating against Technicians or for any failure, intentional or otherwise, to provide the Technicians a safe, clean, and appropriate location for them to perform the Pro Services. Additionally, you will also disclose any and all information that may have a bearing on the ability of the Technicians to perform the Services or impact the Technicians’ health, safety, or well-being, to Lexcru and the Technician.


12. You agree that in the event a Technician behaves in a manner that is discourteous, disrespectful, abusive, inappropriate, or in violation of the law, you shall be required to report such incident to 1800 – 889 – 2607 at the earliest but in any event within 48 (forty-eight) hours of such incident.
